El personal es excelente, en CDMX es muy raro que un hotel te ofrezca early Check In, para mi este fue un factor determinante para mi estadía, los muchachos del Desk me proporcionaron mi habitación a las 10:00 Am. Fue excelente, ya que tenía que arreglarme para una graduación en la Anahuac C. Norte y estar listo en la escuela a las 3:00 Pm. (Que regularmente es el horario del check in ordinario). Gran hotel en conclusión. El factor humano y la empatia con el huésped es clave y ellos resolvieron mi inquietud sobre los tiempos de mis planes.
