"The hotel is in a fantastic location. Awesome little oasis on the rooftop with view of el angel de indepencia. The pool and hot tub are small but quite nice. The staff are amazing. We forgot our stuff in the safe and they made sure everything was ok until we returned to get our things. Nice restaurants in the lobby but tons of restaurants nearby, coffee shops, ice cream. It’s a lovely neighborhood. "

"Room was clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was plentiful good but could be kept warmer. Our hallway seemed a little dark and were working on the ceiling tearing down drywall in places which made it dusty for a couple of days. Overall very nice resort and the rooms have cold A/C! "

"Everything was great, the location was the best, the majority of the places I like to visit are walking distance. The only thing I did not like was the sewer smell, it was outside but sometimes you could smell it at the lobby. The elevator takes so long to arrive, even when the hotel have three of them. But other than that, it was great, I will reserve again in my next visit to the majestic CDMX. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends, family and everyone who want to visit CDMX."
