We as a family of 4 had a great stay at this apartment! The property was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. It's in a fantastic location—right next to the historic Hunt Club Hotel, established in the 1800s, which adds a lot of charm to the area. The Mt Buller bus stop is literally at your doorstep, making it super convenient for mountain getaways. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

Smoke alarm battery was dead. The room did get warm easily and I had to use the air conditioner a fair bit. The wi fi was very bad. Overall it was quiet and comfortable.

The rooms were very big and had everything in it that you need for example dishwasher, electric blanket and so on.... The only thing i did not like was we could hear next door, the walls are not soundproof. and another thing shower head need replacing it was lose and it was uncomfortable having shower at all times thinking it's going to break and hit our head. other wise absolutely love the room and we will stay there again with our family of 4.

A quick break away with my son in Pine 1 Pros Location, not too far from Mansfield Pool, beautiful pool area Cons Cleanliness of bedding. My son managed to pull back the doona cover…the doona was badly stained, visible blood stains and god know what else. Really manky and should be incinerated!! Door handle & lock, quite the trick to getting door open. We needed to screw handle on tightly as it was falling apart.

Lovely clean basic property for a base for a weekend away in the high country. Pool is great! Room was very hot even with air conditioning going almost the whole time in the dining room with no circulation to bedroom making sleeping difficult. Would suggest some ceiling fans in bedrooms! Food next door in the hunt club was great 👍

It was a nice large room with beautiful views. However the curtains and couch were extremely dusty, showerhead kept dropping and no batteries in one TV remote. Price was high for one night considering it isnt ski season.

Great location - gorgeous views of Mt Buller. Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Strong water pressure in the shower. Only one small gripe - tea and coffee provided, but no milk - suggest supplying small tetra packs eg Devondale long life.
