We regret not staying here longer! 2 nights was not enough. The staff was so kind, especially Jonathan and Juliana. We felt really well taken care of from start to finish. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s right on the calm, beautiful water with palapa, chairs, beds, and multiple pools. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We kept thinking we’d go into town but we never once left the hotel because the food and service was so good. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a great superchill beach club for the area. During the week you can have the place almost to yourself, with more families and kids on the weekend.

Totem Beach Club is gorgeous . Very trendy vibe . Many places to sit and watch the ocean . Easy to walk to activities and the center . I give it a lower rating because of the room. There was no bathroom in the room and no sink . Which can be very difficult at night especially for older people and little ones . The room didn’t have a writing desk. No coffee maker - the restaurant doesn’t open until 11:am. No tissue . It is about 15-20 minutes walking to the center for coffee and breakfast .Doable of course . I wish this Beach club the best of luck on their projects . If there was these amenities in the room I would book here again.

I recently spent three days at this hotel while travelling in Mexico for a wedding in late February. When I first arrived, the staff took me to my room, which was on the ground level and situated amongst several tables. Numerous people were sitting at the tables directly outside the room. The rooms face the ocean and are sheer glass such that when the curtains are open, the rooms are completely visible. When I raised this with the staff, they informed me they were fully booked, and there was no option for me to stay elsewhere. As I had driven so far that day and had prepaid for my room I felt that I had limited options and attempted to settle into my room. I then went to the front desk and informed them that I could not stay the two nights at which time she showed me to the room on the second floor (after she said me that they were fully booked). The second room was absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the sunset two beautiful beds and a lovely bathroom. The hotel has only 4 rooms available but is a beach club during the day such that members of the beach club use the pool and facilities. Dance music blares all day long from 11-7 and totally takes away from the experience of this beautiful place. I am plant-based and there was limited options on the restaurant menu although what I had was lovely. This is a beautiful place however, if you’re looking for a quiet beach front getaway, you might want to consider going somewhere else

The property is beautiful, the staff lovely, food delicious and the rooms clean and comfortable. The issue is the Expedia description seems misleading. When I booked the room it said 3 king beds. There was 1 king bed and 1 twin when we arrived. I had tried to contact the property several times to clarify this with no answer. The bathrooms and showers are shared with the beach club, but are very clean. I wish the booking showed photos of the shared facilities because it may deter guests without. I would most definitely stay here again.

Un hotel pequeño, pero con muy buena vista y acceso a la playa, su restaurante sirve muy buena comida,no esperes porciones grandes, son chicas pero suficientes, el personal muy amable, precio acorde a la zona, ya que en restaurancitos de palapas cobran lo mismo pero aca tienes privacidad, hotel con alta demanda de daypass en fin de semana, 3 albercas y 1 chapoteadero, bastantes camastros distribuidos en el area, la playa amplia, musica agradable y que evita que la gente llegue con su musica alta, si vas a descanzar, eata es tu mejor opcion
