The rooms were always clean but what made extra special our stay was the súper friendly staff, especially Lucila. She smiled always and did everything we needed, acted as concierge, bussed tables, recommended restaurants and places to visited, day and night. Every other staff member was the same. La habitación y el personal todo en orden. Luci en el desayuno siempre súper atenta. Lo que realmente estuvo pésimo y arruinó nuestra experiencia fue que nos robaron la llanta de refacción a 3 camionetas!! Ustedes no tienen estacionamiento de tallo decente y nunca había lugar, su personal recomendaba ir a estacionar los autos al estacionamiento abierto de plaza Harbor y suponemos que fue ahí donde nos robaron las llantas. De muy mal gusto y pésimo que no haya seguridad en esa zona
