Location is amazing!! Near by restaurants and a lot of activities available in that area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit outdated could definitely improve, but overall great experience staying there.

Warm reception and attentive to our family. Our daughter left her teddy and they called us while we were on the road so we could circle back and retrieve it. Saved our trip!

Our stay in the " Maison del Embajador".

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were always willing to help, offering advice about our stay and even storing our baggage when we needed extra time before check-in. The hotel itself is a very pleasant place to stay, with a beautiful garden and a great location.

Budged friendly family trip exploring Merida

We loved this place. My family of six had a great opportunity to stay in this quaint, lovely place. Pool was a great hit with my younger ones. And being in the center of town was definitely great place to walk around. Great breakfast and friendly service by Sebastian. All around highly recommend this lovely place.

Location, location location! Its a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops, coffee. You can walk everywhere. The one thing we did not like at all is the parking(if you don’t need a car great, but we needed one) You have to walk about 2 blocks to the parking area. No one will bring your car. You have to call the front desk ask them to open the parking lot wait there until someone comes and opens it. As a guest it’s too much of a hassle especially on tired days of walking and sightseeing and of course you have to carry all your luggage or whatever you have.

Decent place, a little dated but clean. WiFi didn't work at all. Rooms have option to connect to adjoining room, which meant that there was no soundproofing between rooms. Very pleasant staff.

Martha the front desk reception was delightful and we enjoyed chatting with her. She gave us good tips, on where to go and find enjoyable meals and entertainment. The room was large and comfortable. I would have liked having nightstand on my side of the bed. They had washcloths! The pictures of the pool area were very nice, but did not reflect the reality of the pool. It needed a lot of management. The water was too cold. Needs solar heating. Breakfast was good, but expected more than pan Bimbo. For the price we had a fantastic time at this hotel!

We loved how it was close to everything. The staff was really friendly, the hotel was so cute. If we ever go back to Merida we will stay here. The only complaint was that parking was a block away and we had to wait to be let in.
