Had a wonderful stay! The staff was genuinely friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. The service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Everyone very helpful. Thanks Mario for your personalized job for us. The Cenote in the property at the pool the best. If anyone visit Merida and looking for Boutique Hotel this is the best.
Good basic accommodation. Clean and safe. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Not a high end spot by any measure but if you want a clean, secure and central location at a great price point this fits perfectly.
Super Mario and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. He recommended us a city tour to Chechen Itza, Tren Maya, x-Cajun, (cenote) and Itzamal, (highly recommended). The location is 3 blocks in either direction to the historical center and in the other direction 3 blocks from Santa Lucia park, (very centrally located). The price during “rainy” was excellent. It rained a bit, but no flooding of any kind on or around the property. Very comfortable stay overall. We went as an adult couple, but we’re saying how family friendly the hotel and Merida as a whole was. No loud crazy drivers in the streets, shops were accessible, cultural events took place in the streets on weekends and people were very friendly. We plan to come back. Merida, Yucatán is a hidden gem of Mexico.
We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Merida. The location is the best you could find in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were disappointed with the pool as it’s basically a dark hole in the ground and did not look clean (we didn’t go in). The bathroom is a half wall so unless you are single, it’s not very practical. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. There are no curtains in the window so if you like to sleep in, this could be an issue (it wasn’t for us). Overall I would recommend the hotel for a few days if you want to be able to walk everywhere in Centro

It was fine... But far from a "boutique hotel". The bed was just okay. The cenote pool was out of order our whole stay. We asked for two extra pillows and that cost extra. It was a nice hotel, but boutique is all about service and historic. They got the historic part but need to work on the service part. Also, the vending machine in the center courtyard is just not boutique. Sell stuff at the main desk, not out of the machine. And lastly, the toilets were super weak, we had to leave the hotel to go #2. Lame!
Day one, I found the safe box locked, therefore it was unusable, I made them aware of it but it was never corrected. Day two, I wasn’t informed that I had to leave the key in the front desk when leaving for the day. I came back that night and my room wasn’t made. Only stayed two nights but they didn’t clean the room or made the bed. Bummer. Other than that the place was nice and well maintained, the location unbeatable and the price was right.
We needed a place to stay while visiting Merida. Prices were good, but shower was cold and shower head was basically broken, spraying the water to the side. Asked for an extra pillow since they only two for the bed. Needed to pay 50 pesos, but they didn't have change. Seemed like a bigger deal than it needed to be. Overall if you are staying one night, not to bad.
The room was excellent, so was the staff! My only complaint was that the price I agreed to when I reserved my stay wasn’t honored by the hotel when I came to check in. The hotel should have food way to honor the price I was given

Staff member John was exceptional. Location was close to el Centro and to Calle 47 (gastronomical street). Very quiet.
Never hot water in the shower.
"Pool" was non-functional.
Photos were misleading: Our room was very small and did not match the photos. Photos indicated a common space that did not exist.
