Es un lindo hotel al que le falta mantenimiento adecuado. El ascensor hace unos ruidos horribles que cualquiera diría: está cosa de un momento a otro se cae. Luego, la limpieza, sobre todo del baño, deja mucho que desear. La fachada del hotel reclama una urgente mano de pintura. Sería más cómodo con colchones más duros.

Hotel nel centro della città, di fronte alla piazza. L'hotel è un pò datato, ma ha tutto, è pulito e la colazione è buona e completa. Ha un parcheggio interno che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Bueno, pero no informan correctamente.

La calidad del servicio es buena en lo que respecta a la habitación y el desayuno. El Check in fue ágil. El Check out fue rápido pero recién ahí me notifique que no me facturarían el servicio por haber usado este medio para la reserva, a pesar de haber hecho la consulta al efectuarla. De haber sabido que no me emitirían factura, hubiera cancelado la reserva inmediatamente y la hubiera hecho por otra aplicación con la que si me emiten factura cuando así lo solicito. Era un viaje por trabajo y debo rendir mis gastos con facturas validas. Lamentable.

Bom custo benefício em boa localização. Os quartos são simples, porém limpos. Os lençóis poderiam ser maiores e melhor ajustados a cama.

Very nice hotel close to everything. Quiet surroundings, although it’s a very quiet town. Good room, bed and shower. Expensive but seems to be the norm in Uruguay. Respectful staff and breakfast is fine.

Maybe not Grand hotel anymore

This hotel is past its heyday. I would say the pool and gym are its best features. The rooms need renos. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated. We had a mini suite with a good bed and a so so sofa. Too expensive for the quality. Avoid downstairs restaurant: good thing breakfast is not there.
