This was a nice, neat property and the room was clean and functional. It was on the ground floor though so it was very loud - mostly from folks walking around upstairs. I don't think the upstairs guests were trying to be loud, just the acoustics were very echo-ey. I'd suggest trying to check in as early as possible to secure an upstairs room.

Best value Fo RV the price.

Better than I expected. It was nice having the coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and ironing board in the room. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. There’s some noise from the highway- ear plugs took care of that. The breakfast was just cereal and packaged pastries, which gave us the perfect excuse to go out for breakfast. Highly recommend Toni’s Courtyard Cafe in Merced. Great eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy.

It served it'd purpose. Bed was comfortable, TV worked, and AC worked. New hotels need to build away from highways, always noisy. Maybe this helps keep prices under $200 a night, for 6-hours of use lol.

Cleanliness: saw a roach and a fly in the room. My sister and her kids were getting bit by something in their room. Staff & service: nice staff, happily accommodated me for late check in Property conditions: some parts of the walls just looked run down and old Area: kind of secluded, which can be a good thing but food places were a drive away. It’s a small city so not too bad

Nice clean rooms. Excellent and polite staff including housekeeping. Breakfast was ok but i didnt expect anything since it was not included in my reservation. Location is near where i needed to go and all the hotels are next to each other. Room price was very reasonable may be because of slow season of the year. Oh i forgot to mention that i love their beds, so comfortable. Thank you for excellent stay and we will be staying again when we come next time to visit our child at UCM.

Room was decent, it can use more cleaning as there was dust all around. The pillow sheets had hair, one of them had a small dead bug. The carpet floor in the corner of the bed was dirty and there was a roach (it seemed like they had not bother to clean that area). Front desk staff were nice, once I mentioned about the pillow covers a lady came to change them. Overall, good size of room.

The room was clean and medium sized. It was showing its age. Torn carpet edging by the door, worn tile in restroom, sink mounting getting loose. It had TV, microwave, and minifridge. The TV was smaller than most motels. It's situated on the frontage street right next to Freeway 99 and is quite noisy. Also, the BNSF railroad line is near, and trains can be heard. The continental breakfast has a limited selection and the hours are short: only 7-9.
