Bien situé, Wifi payant accueil propreté moyen

Hotel bien situé sur les hauteurs d'Arenal. Accueil moyen : Ne demandez aucun service vous perdez votre temps ! la wifi est payante. Présence de fourmis très désagréable dans l'appartement: congélateur, cuisine, murs... Pas de cafetière après avoir réclamé à l'accueil on me dit qu'il n'en reste plus ! Sur la terrasse trop de vis à vis pas de haies pour préserver l'intimité de chacun. Dans la cuisine, les plaques de cuisson sont dans un état déplorable et ne fonctionne pas très bien. Le four n'était pas laver à l'arrivée. Bref, passez votre chemin ! En résumé hotel à rénoner.

vous trouverez mieux ailleurs

Ceci n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plus une location d'appartements avec une piscine commune. Nous sommes restés 3 jours, ménage pas fait, même pas dans les parties communes. Il faut en plus venir avec ses éponges et son liqude vaisselle, mais on nous dit que c'est normal??? Etonnant chaque voyageur repart avec son éponge "at home" ??? Içi c'est très bien si vous êtes anglais, sinon vous n'y avez pas votre place. Endroit bruyant, car beaucoup d'enfants qui crient à la piscine et au jardin d'enfants situé au milieu de la résidence, pour que tout le monde en profite, donc pas de repos, et lit en béton. Cuisine mal équipée, et 2 heures pour faire bouillir de l'eau sur des plaques électriques vieillottes...
