Nice short family getaway

This property is to the Zoo (fantastic for kids) and other attractions, fast communication with the host.Slightly noisy street being next to main road but overall a cute place for a short stay.

We were in town for just a couple of days. This place was centrally located to the attractions we were interested in seeing. Very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. Try to avoid school pick up time!

Perfect for a cute place to crash / backyard to hang out!

This cute little home was perfect for us: comfortable , well stocked and clean. It even had the supplies for snores and wood for the fire in the fenced in backyard. Snacks and coffee, soft towels and comfy sheets made for a great stay.

Great little place for a stay

We were in town for a quick spring break stay with our two kids. This house was perfect for what we needed. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and we had a comfortable living room and kitchen area to be in after they went to bed. We were very central to the zoo as well as downtown. We loved our visit here!

This house was great! Very clean, air conditioned, and spacious. The only issue was the non use of the backyard because we anticipated letting our dogs out in the backyard and having fires.

This is right off a freeway that has become a highway. The benefit of this is an easy turn at a stoplight. The house is great, and its description is thorough enough that I don't have to add my own. I loved the front porch. My (adult) kids were impressed with the cots and extra bedding. There is already beds for 5 without the cots.

This was a nice house! It was very clean. The rest of the street was a bit dilapidated, and the backyard wasn’t what we expected for use of the fire pit. The chairs outside were uncomfortable. I would stay closer to Midtown next time, but I can’t complain about the cleanliness of this place!

Overall good place to stay. Nice space for the family. Not as well stocked as some places. Kids had a blast on the bunk bed. Nice area out back but not necessarily a quiet neighborhood. Dog and traffic noises but if that’s something that doesn’t bother you then it is great.

Very cozy house for families with dogs

The house is very comfortable, especially for dogs, and Jamey always checks if everything is going well. The house is 15 minutes from the park, and Broad St. has some interesting new enterprises. The only issue is that the neighbor's dogs bark a lot when someone is in the backyard. I noticed they are building a new wood fence; hope this will solve this. It's my top choice for staying in Memphis.

Quick and easy stay.

This rental made for a quick overnight stop on the way home from a long road trip. The home is nice but resides in a slightly dilapidated areas of Memphis. The host utilizes a 3rd party booking service through VRBO that was easy to navigate, but felt extra. We paid our pet fees through that and appreciate that they allowed for dogs. Door code was incorrect when we arrived. Host immediately provided new code after a phone call. The home has other tenants or guests in a back unit we were unaware of until check in instructions were provided. Not a big deal. The home had a peculiar odor but after some fresh air, no complaints. Thumbs up for the back yard with a fenced in area. They provided chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers! Providing a coffee machine with some coffee on hand was also a serious plus. Would only recommend for a quick stay.

Clean & Serene House

It was just as the title says, Clean and Serene. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have extended it for longer. I felt very safe there and even toolk my dog for a walk at 6:00 am and had no worried. Jamey was very helpful and kind.
