"Overall, our stay was okay, but it did not quite meet the expectations we typically have for a Hilton property.
There were several positive aspects of our visit. Check-in was smooth and efficient, the beds were comfortable, the complimentary cookies were a nice touch, and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. The property itself was attractive and appeared to be well maintained.
However, there were a few disappointments. The cleaning products used throughout the hotel had a very strong and unpleasant odor. It was noticeable enough that we had to air out our room to make it comfortable.
The most concerning issue was an interaction we witnessed at the front desk. One of the front desk agents was extremely rude and sarcastic toward a guest. The behavior was surprising and unprofessional, and it left a negative impression on our group.
Parking was also limited, making it difficult to find a space at times. While the hotel offers several amenities, we did not have an opportunity to use them during our stay. As a result, the resort fee felt somewhat excessive for the value we personally received.
In summary, there were certainly some positive aspects to our stay, but the service experience and a few other issues kept it from being as enjoyable as we expected. It wasn't a bad stay, but it fell short of the standard we've come to associate with Hilton properties."
