"Las habitaciones del departamento tenían las alfombras asquerosas, manchadas, además el olor dentro era nauseabundo. Conseguí que la anfitriona nos cambiará de departamento, el cual estaba un poco un poco mejor, pero aún así deficiente. Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable."

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

The unit walls were peeling off, no hot water, no heater, the wifi did not work, the stains on the wall and baseboards could not be washed; if you try to turn on the water in the bathroom sink faucet, the piping was so loose, it might come out of the wall. I am demanding s full refund, I could not stay and had to find alternative lodging"
