Comfort apartments are in a great location and very spacious. The garden and pool are lovely. The apartments are a little old and run down, but always clean and tidy. The staff are excellent.

There are a lot of stairs and no lifts. Some units are upstairs with more stairs in the unit to get to the bedrooms. There were a lot things broken or not working properly - we had to get another room which was better but still had problems. But location good.

The Comfort Apartments were perfect for a family. Half a block to the Melbourne Museum and just a quick stroll to Lygon Street, it was perfectly located. Hats off to the staff who let me know I'd left my credit card in the room and organised a pick-up. Highly recommend.
