My favorite business stay whenever I'm in Melbourne. I love the feel of the studios and its just a couple of minutes walk from Carrum beach, train station is just across the road as is an Aldi supermarket. Plenty of takeaways and restaurants withing walking distance.

This is one of my favourite places to stay when I come to Melbourne. Its a relaxing and private studio close to everything - the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops and transport.

Everything covered

Usually a two night minimum stay. The owner allowed us a one night stay as it was a Wednesday night. Initially I thought it was a little expensive for a Wednesday night- however, breakfast was included, the bed was very comfy and the shower was awesome! With a very short walk to the beach, it was well worth the price we paid.

Great location with dog beach near bye

I enjoyed my stay loved the location to beach and that dog friendly dogs loved the beach. Would have been grate if the was a bbq or small stove top but we managed with our portable gase hotplate that we bringed

Best location

Absolutely fabulous! Close to trains, beach and shops. Fantastic outdoor area and inside has everything possible needed for a relaxing stay. Loved the coffee maker! Great spot for my dogs to be secure while out and just a wonderful relaxing place. The host answered every query. Would stay again in a heart beat!

This is the perfect place for me. Its quiet, close to the beach, work, shops and takeaways. The train station is just across the road so the CBD is accessible without the hassle of trying to find parking.

This is one of my favourite stays when I travel to Melbourne for work. Close to shops and restaurants, work and only two minutes from the beach - great to unwind after a day of meetings. I'll be back.

Perfect location for a let friendly beach holiday

A very comfortable one room ground floor bedsit with everything you need and a great location. 4 minutes walk to a dog friendly beach and lots of cafes and eateries right on the doorstep. I stayed with my dog Mack and we both had a great time.

I have been staying at this lovely studio when I travel to Melbourne for work for a couple of years now. It is a very relaxing place, especially after a long day at work. The beach, restaurants, supermarket and train station are within easy walking distance.

The Studio was impeccable as always. This I my go Melbourne stay whenever I am in town for business or pleasure. A couple minutes from a walk on the beach makes this a great unwind after s long day at work.

Lovely stay with all the comforts of home

Izy was extremely accommodating allowing us to arrive early and very dog friendly. The room was clean and neat with loads of blankets, cushions and little luxuries like a diffuser and wheat bag. Yummy chocolates were supplied as well as a healthy Granola, croissants and endless tea and coffee choices. Definitely worth staying if in the area.
