Located 2km from the center of Megève in a residential environment with a regular shuttle serving access to the Rochebrune slopes, the entirely new Grand Paradis chalet was tailor-made to accommodate 17 people including 10 adults, 4 young adults and 3 children .
The Grand Paradis building has different spaces:
- the main chalet planned to accommodate 12 people,
- an independent and communicating apartment planned for 5 people,
- a small chalet (mazot) housing the SPA area,
- a closed garage for one car,
- covered parking for 2 cars,
- an outdoor parking area.
The NIGHT space includes:
- 5 double bedrooms, king size beds with fitted wardrobes, TV, integrated shower room,
- 1 dormitory bedroom with 4 bunk beds (size 90 * 200), TV, closet, desk, integrated bathroom
- 1 dormitory mezzanine area with 3 children's beds (size 80 * 190), cupboard
The RECEPTION area includes:
- a large living room with fire corner equipped with 3 large capacity sofas in the main chalet
- a sitting area with sofa and armchairs in the adjoining apartment
- a dining room with an oval table (size 300 * 150) which can accommodate 12/14 people
- 2 kitchens equipped with the latest MIELE appliances, including a Lacanche cooking piano with 2 electric ovens and 5 gas fireplaces, a steam oven and microwave, an integrated coffee bean-based coffee maker for espresso, coffee, cappuccino, 2 dishwasher, 2 refrigerators / freezers.

The RELAXATION area includes:
- a cinema room with overhead projector, large screen and numerous sofas to accommodate 12 people
