The building is situated in a quiet area with wonderful views over the old town of Meersburg, Lake Constance, and the mountains.

This apartment is a two-room apartment with approximately 42 m² of living space and a lovely roof terrace.

The apartment features a modern and open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a bright bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed (box spring bed) and a large built-in wardrobe.
