"The staff and the restaurant are great. The ambience is always good and the quirkiness of the former prison is fun to stay in. On the negative side, the room has not a single hook or hanger for a towel, the towels are too small and the toilet paper seems like genuine prison standard"

"The esthetics of the hotel are fine, the room looked clean, it didn't smell to clean however it looks fine. The heating was not working, the bathroom is not practical as is open and you have to clean it after having a shower as it gets everything wet, they even put the tools to do it, so they are very aware of the issue. The hot water was intermittent so I didn't enjoyed the shower at all. Breakfast has variety, however low quality, microwaved eggs, and other things that taste like plastic. On the website the breakfast was announced for like €34, on the desk they asked me for €21, too expensive for what they offer. Not really my cup of tea. Happy to share pictures but I don't see the option to add them."
