An overall very dissapointing stay. The property was very old and not kept in a good condition. Paint was falling off the walls, furniture worn out and broken, hot water was upon request, the wi-fi was almost non - existing. Breakfast time was embarrassing for us, as we had to ask for everything -to cut fruit, to bring milk and there were only two rooms booked. The cleaning lady was the cook and her and the receptionist had an attitude when we had questions. The pool area was absurd -dont trust the photos, as the only good job this guys did was to hire a professional photographer.

They turn off the gas for hot water after about 9 or 10 at night, so you have to ask then wait 10 minutes if you want to take a shower after that. The manager on staff has to let everyone in and out with a key, which has its pros and cons. Hot water lasts about 10 minutes for a shower. Nice staff. Pool is nice. Wifi. They never hassled me about having a guest over. Nice part of town.

Nice spot to get away within the city

Clean, safe spot with friendly staff. Good neighboorhood. Short Uber trip to nearly everywhere I went. Great Value. Good books laid out as well - unique, nice touch :) It was a great place to recharge and focus after staying in some other more busier/noisy areas.

One of the cleaning lady went through my belongings and stole 200,000 pesos (about $ 50. Can). I reported to the manager and she did nothing. I suspect she is part of the criminal activity going on in this hotel. The name on the Registro National de Tourismo # 20312 "Caldera Guzman Katty Ligeria" is not the person who is managing the hotel. This outfit is run by a Crime family. Expedia and Tripadvisor must investigate immediately. I have photos.

A quaint little hotel

Horrible, el concepto es Guest House no de Hotel, las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado, los mattress de las camas estaban duros, sitio bien solitario lejos de todo. El trato de la Host fue muy hostil solo nos quedamos una noche nos fuimos del hotel y estoy esperando me contesten la reclamación de la devolución del dinero. No lo recomiendo.

pésimo publicida engañosa no tienen lo que ofrecen

el hotel no cuenta con parqueadero disponible es una publicidad engañosa Ofrecen un parqueadero que no es de ellos a 3 cuadras del hotel y este no cuenta con la seguridad mínima, empezando porque no es un parqueadero es un lavadero y tienes que dejar las llaves del carro y sacarlo a las 6 de la mañana eso no es un parqueadero. Para una persona que busca un hotel y si ustedes revisan los filtros de búsqueda ellos aparecen como parqueadero disponible y gratuito, y eso también es falso poruqe si accedes a dejar las llaves que seria lo más irresponsable Qie cualquier persona puede hacer poruqe no es un parqueadero tiene Que cancelar 12 mil pesos y levantarse a las 6 am a sacar el vehículo.

Es un hotel pequeño con excelente servicio.

Very nice, not the most convenient

Very quiet, clean place with a friendly, helpful staff (they do not speak English though, so be ready)in a very safe area. Not really convenient to any of the tourist attractions other than the stadium, though. It's also not the easiest to find, tucked in a residential neighborhood with no signs (if the Trip Advisor sticker wasn't in the window it would be nearly impossible to find, so keep your eyes peeled).
