Lovely hotel in trendy El Poblado

I arrive shortly after 1pm and Santiago was very accommodating and allowed me to do an earlier check-in. He went out of his way to give me information about the city and nearby restaurants. El Poblado is an excellent area to stay and the hotel breakfast was lovely!

Very nice and quiet área. The staff is very attentive and very nice. Totally recommend staying here, the breakfast is variable. It’s very close to the poblado ti go walking so that’s a super plus.

This hotel was at a great walking distance from the parks and a shot ride to other sites. I recommend that you have your walking comfortable shoes and that your willing to explore.

Needs updating, room 308 where I stay had mold or a leak on the wall in the bathroom. Staff was amazing especially the girl overnight girl.

The staff was awesome especially Wilson!!! He was the best. Super helpful and kind!! Santiago was great too. Complains…I had no hot water the evening I was the most exhausted…wooden doors got to be fix to close properly without all the noise, specially in the morning. Walking distance to El Poblado was very convenient. Their daily breakfast options were very good too! I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Medellin.

I totally enjoyed the service i received from the staff i interact with who helped me out so much since i only speak English they were great in communication with me ,NORA ,KRISTIN they both went above and beyond to assist me and to make my stay memorable. On the other hand the quality of the bedding especially the blanket is way below par i refused to used it because its leaves so much black lint on the bed and itch my skin. The cleaners did an excellent job keeping the room clean. The breakfast was average.
