Always a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located in the Golden Zone so expect it to be noisy, Mazatlan is party central. Lots of dining, shopping and the beach is in walking distance. Great stay and great value. Clean rooms and lobby is spotless.

Located in a very convenient area, about a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and very friendly. Lots of dining options within a walking distance and transport is available everywhere. We stayed during the eclipse days and even though it was busy, we received great service and had a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel near the water.

Pet friendly is a must. Safety and secure parking were great. A coffee maker in the room was important. The pool water temperature was warm and very enjoyable after a long day of traveling. A good way to relax one’s body. The full buffet breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day since we were to be driving seven hours to our next hotel. Unfortunately, the location was not easy to find, even using GPS. We ultimately had to have a taxi guide us to it.

They are very friendly and make you feel welcome. We have a service dog and they really understand the kind of dog. Other places were not happy about it.

Property is an older building. The city of Mazatlan is noisy and you could hear it all night in the room. The room was clean. Most of the staff made the stay pleasant. The night receptionist was very short tempered and not pleasant at all.

People make it great.

The maintenance personnel keep the hotel very clean all the time, inside and out. Very nice people in all areas, front desk, cleaning people, security, during breakfast. Only suggestion is please keep ice maker with ice all the time. We got ice one day and another day it was empty. It is August and it is very hot, but AC in the room was great.
