"The hotel was pleasant enough and I liked the fact that the building had character i.e. beams and roof trusses etc. The staff were polite and helpful. My only gripe was that there was no water or mini bar in the room. When I arrived, I’d been travelling all day and was thirsty. I was disappointed when I discovered there was no bottled water in the room. This is something I’ve come to expect from hotels as I’ve this in most hotels I’ve stayed in. "
