Staff was very kind. The shower was making a very loud noise, getting loud as the water was hotter so I had to take a colder shower. One of the outlets by the bed for charging was not working.

The staff was delightful. When I thought I'd lost my water cup, they helped me look and offered one that had been left long ago. I found mine under the car seat where it had rolled! The breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. Mandy (I think) was funny and helpful. A good experience!

Good quiet hotel, even though there was work being done on the building the staff made it well aware, it was very easy to get to my room still and there were no interruptions due to the noise one of the best hotels I've stayed in will be booking best western more in the future!
