It’s an old hotel the pool was dirty and the locks on the door were iffy a whole wall is glass and the curtains don’t cover it all so I had to get creative to cover the rest as to not be seen but the hotel room was clean the tv only had 4 channels

This area (Matehuala) has few hotel options and is frequently full. This property is your last option if you MUST stay in this area. It is clean but very run down in and in need of maintenance. No a/c. We had no problems during our visit and the staff was exceptional.

Beef was comfortable. That's it. Except for the beds everything is old and grody. Photos are deceiving. Very cheap price and worth every small penny of it. Will not return.

Bare bones cheap property, unpaved, bad locks, noisy, uncomfortable beds, holes in walls, cracked glass, broken curtains, and minimal service. On the other hand, it is extremely cheap and Matehuala is halfway on the highway between the US and the nice parts of Mexico.

website said pet friendly. Got there and sign said, "no pets allowed (inSpanish)". Clerk spoke no english. She called manager who texted her that the reservation was canceled at no charge. The next day the hotel charged my credit card. Would not stay there or recommend.

This has been the worse place I have ever stay in all my life for more than 30 years traveling. No more pictures available so to be careful about this reservation. Very old facilities, broken chairs, dirty restroom, cockaraches. Terrible, just terrible. It should not be listed as an option to our community of Expedia customers.

Horrible place .

front desk girl named Vanesa was just worried about her cell phone and not my stay ,reservation or condition of my room . there was NO soap , towels , pillow cases , toilet paper and it took her almost 2 hours before they were delivered . the pictures posted ARE NOT the way the place looks , it is rundown dirty and quite unsafe with exposed pipes and live wires outside the room . SHAME ON Hotels.com for having this place on the site . I will post some pictures .

The place took my payment thru Expedia,then they say I need to pay at the property but still the charge was already in so that day I’d pay twice,the guy at the property was very courteous but he say that there’s not refunds once you make the payment,so he took me to the room and it was an abandoned hotel,literally,the room was cold as a freezer since the area it is,and there’s not heaters ,I was ver tired and traveling with my parents and I wish they could have at least a microwave to heat up something but they only have a big range but not pots ,any way we stay but the doors are cracked so you can see thru them,the windows have missing panes so it’s like sleep outside but with a roof,not even a bottle of water for courtesy,and to complete the nightmare they have ONE single sheet per bed,not even a blanket so this was the worst night ,I won’t return never in my whole life,not even for free

No voy a opinar del hotel por qué al llegar a la recepción me hicieron saber que ellos no tenían ninguna relación con oyo ni con expedia ya que oyó se dedicaba a hacer fraude a los clientes quedándose con el dinero sin reportarse con el hotel así que no me hicieron válida mi reservación compartiendo me posteriormente el hotel un comunicado el cual me gustaría compartir delos aquí pero no se puede por lo cual se los escribo "por medio de la presente se le informa que hotel oasis a concluido la relación comercial con OYO HOTELES DE MEXICO OYO DE MANERA FRAUDULENTA LE COBRA AUN SIN USAR NO CAIGA EN FRAUDES SOLO RECIBIMOS PAGOS EN EL HOTEL ". Y EL COMUNICADO ES DE JULIO DEL 2025 TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA QUE EXPEDIA LO SUPIERA Y ASIMISMO EL HOTEL NO HA RETIRADO EL LOGO DE OYO DE SU FACHADA

La recepcionista que estaba en el turno de la 1-3 de la tarde se comportó de una manera muy grosera, nos negó la entrada, se le pedía llamar a alguien más y se negaba, quería que le diéramos más dinero, nos obligó a cancelar una reservación porque al parecer de ella estaba muy barata y nos quería dar una habitación que no era. La más espantosa experiencia

El cuarto horrible y sucio, la alfombra llena de insectos, sin cuartos muy viejos, la cómoda le falta un cajón y se está cayendo. El colchón viejisimo, los resortes te lastiman. El baño lleno de hongos, la puertas de la regadera no se pueden mover, ya es muy viejo todo y se nota que no lo han remodelado desde el inicio de operación... Publicidad engañosa, te marca 0 km del centro y nada que ver, todavía está muy lejos, nadie llega caminando, a fuerza necesitas auto o transporte. En todo están muy mal!
