"We usually stay at clock tower when visiting Makkah but tried Jumeira this time. Super quiet, clean, we'll maintained modern property with lightning fast elevators that go directly to the Haram. No extra elevators or long crowded walks through clock tower mall. Duty managers Osama and Afeel were excellent and more than happy to accommodate requests to make our stay and journey easy for us. All staff very friendly - thanks Shohal and staff Ebadurahman and Riyadh and others. Food is amazing and artful and tasty. Beautiful diverse and friendly staff always asking how they are doing and if there is anything we need. My wife and I already telling our family in Canada to come to this hotel. We will be back God Willing!! Thanks Jumeira for making our stay restful and enjoyable and unforgettable. Alhamdulillah."

"Felt like family. I was greeted right away when disembarking my taxi. The staff remembered me from my visit 3 months ago. I reserved an executive room and received an upgrade to a an executive bedroom suite which was amazing. Very large, an espresso machine with good Nespresso capsules, very comfortable bed and a bathroom with a big bath, comfortable shower and every amenity you can think of. The breakfast buffet was very rich. The WIFI worked great. I liked the executive lounge and the happy hour offering. Highly recommended!"
