"This is a fake advert. I paid for a room only for me to arrive at the place to be told that they don't have any connection at all with these online adverts and payments. My advise to travellers is, DON'T BOOK TO STAY AT GRAND VIEW LODGE unless it you want to lose your money."

"There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond"

"This place is running a bait and switch operation. We booked a room for 5 people, since the listing said there were 5 beds and it could accommodate up to 10 people. But when our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) showed up, they were told they get 1 room with 1 bed. Our group was then repeatedly harassed until we paid for another room in order to not have all 5 in 1 bed. "Absolutely rubbish! Disgusting. Place is dirty and filthy. The swimming pool had no water. I literally left the place after 48 hours even after paying for 7 days. Receptionist are rude. They charged me even after I had paid already. They claimed they had no association to hotels.com. I had to make numerous international phone calls to hotels.com to review my bookings. The place is absolutely dirty and should not even be registered on hotels.com"
