Asked cleaning lady where stairs are and she couldn’t speak English. Then elevators out most of day. Front desk doesn’t tell you need to use room key in elevator. "

"Over all our stay was very pleasant. The hot tub ruined my bathing suit as well as a ring. And it’s very close to the pool where kids are playing pretty rough. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again."
