"We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. "The cottage was like a house with beautiful interior. 2 big sleepingrooms and 2 clean well designed modern bathrooms. A great outside tarrace with view on the castle and hills. The house was all to a very high standard, everything you need is there. The breakfast was good and lovely presentated. The owners are extremely nice, the only note we have is that perhaps it would be easy if the spoke a little English 😉. We had a wonderful stay."

"Wow, what else can I say. Looked great online but the promo did not do it justice. We gave it a try because it looked comfy and was close to the Gouffre de Padirac, but we would go out of our way to stay there again even without the visiting the Gouffre again (which we would probably do anyway) ! We had not planned on the breakfast but SO GLAD we did, an amazing basket of fresh baked breakfast goods, juice, coffee and artisinal jam."

"Hotel is in an excellent location with paid parking directly outside. The rooms were clean, fairly well equipped, and looked to have been recently renovated. Bedding and pillows were comfortable, although not luxury. Everything is within easy walking distance. There is a very basic bar on site, although it was fairly quiet during our stay, possibly due to travelling in shoulder season. Staff were friendly and courteous, even advising us that the nearby public car park would be free overnight on Sunday rather than paying for hotel parking, which was appreciated. Overall, very good value for money and a pleasant stay."
