the house is located in the city center on the port of Marsala, with a sea view of more than 180 °, art, culture, public transport (bus, ferry, station), sea are all a step away. Located on the top floor offers endless horizons where sunset swallows and gulls go to greet you while trying to count all the shades of colors that are painted in the sky.
From all the rooms it is possible to see the sea.
There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each of them and in two also a sofa bed having a total of 8 beds. Terraces of relevance for two of them.
2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a large walk-in shower.
A practical and functional kitchen.
A beautiful living room completely overlooking the sea with different gym equipment for yoga, pilates and sun loungers on the terrace and two beautiful hammocks for relaxation.

The city has the first large beach 4 km away but offers a lively and transparent sea with beautiful opportunities for rocks, piers or small sandy coves even long before.

Großzügige, sehr günstige Wohnung, sehr sympathischer Gastgeber
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert:
+ sehr sympathischer, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber
+ alles hat reibungslos funktioniert
+ sehr großzügige Wohnung mit guten Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern
+ schöne Lage am Hafen
Weniger überzeugend:
+ Karaoke-Bar in unmittelbarer Nähe, laut bis spät in die Nacht. Allerdings bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum zu hören. Geräuschempfindliche Menschen sollten Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen)
+ Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Allein die Küche und der hintere Balkon könnten (für Menschen mit hohen Ansprüchen) sauberer sein
