The staff couldn't be kinder and more accommodating. Such a beautiful spot, great location!!!!!!! They even helped me save a fortune on all the traveling we did! Miss our Morrocco family!!! We plan to come back soon!
Gem. I'm just mad I didn't find it sooner. Soft bed, a real treat after weeks of hard ones. Hot water. Great staff that knew everything I needed before I did. And they take rooftop security very seriously 😂Even had a security guard walk me to the cab at 5am AND the guy made me coffee. Phenomenal.
No but you get what you pay for. It just scraped a pass and that’s being generous

Foncez 😊
sehr hübsches, gut gepflegtes Riad in Laufdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr sehr nettes Personal, informativ und hilfsbereit. Super schöne Dachterasse zum Verweilen
I did not have a positive experience at this property. When I checked in with my family for our reservation for three rooms, I was told that we could not be accommodated at the property, but could have three rooms in a new, nearby property. We took a look. While the rooms were indeed new, they were also unfinished. The doors did not have locks on the inside, but did lock from the outside, enabling passers by to lock you in your room! One of the rooms also did not have its own toilet; instead, one had to use a shared toilet which again did not have a lock on the door! I cited these safety issues to the owner, who agreed, in writing, to have my money refunded. Once I got home, however, all requests for a refund were refused. I also had to book three separate alternative properties across Marrakech at the last minute, which was expensive.
If all of this does not deter you, the property was steps away from a mosque - so expect to hear a call to prayer at top volume throughout the day. Road noise was also an issue in all of the rooms.
By using a combination of websites, including reviews on Expedia.com, I generally have really positive experiences with hotels. My experience with this property was a notable exception. There are plenty of great alternative choices in Marrakech - I therefore hope that you benefit from my mistake and stay elsewhere.
