"Room could do with some upgrades and TLC. Roof terrace there but almost derelict- no facilities on the roof, no soft drinks or service. Staff were great and could not fault their service at ground level. Amenities were not to a decent standard. 15-20 minute walk to the square and good location. "

"Amazing stay, would highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely and fresh omelettes were a nice surprise. They do not have a licence so if you like alcohol I’d suggest duty free. Place is spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Walkable to the square, just perfect 😁"

"Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs."

"C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement. L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien. Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers."

"For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. "

"Lovely hotel! Though I think that when a hotel is renovating they have a duty along with the travel companies like yourselves to inform the customer before booking. That is a bit sly. I found the pool menu and the room service menu very below standard. Needs improving. Overall, the hotel is very nice including the staff. Just needs a little attention with the finer details being a 5 Star hotel. Just lacks that little bit of class. "
