No cleaning during my 11 night visit. No vhange of sheets or towels. If you need toilet paper, you have to go and ask for it or want trash bin to be emptied. Personnell was very kind, but don't speak english very much

Die Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe. Alte, ungepflegte Einrichtung, Gardinen mit Brandlöchern und überall Schmutz. Das Badezimmer war der absolute Tiefpunkt: keine Duschkabine, sodass nach dem Duschen alles unter Wasser stand, und statt eines Duschschlauchs nur eine fest montierte Brause. Insgesamt unhygienisch und nicht empfehlenswert.

İlk kez kahvaltılıkların sayılarak verildiği bir otele karşılastım. Tamamen hızmet vermeden para kazanma amacı güden bir oteldi. Tavsiye etmiyorum, muhtemelen de bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim.

İşletme sahibi çok kabaydı. Bardan verdiğimiz siparişle ilgili dalga geçerce sözleri çok rahatsız ediciydi. Odalar çok kötü durumdaydı. Tuvalet havalandırması yoktu. Musluklar ve duş başlığını kireç kaplamış durumdaydı. Split klimalar eski ve çok ses yapıyordu. Kahvaltı vasat seviyedeydi. Plansız bir şekilde konaklama ihtiyacımız doğduğundan buraya mecbur kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

They do not accept Expedia reservations and they want higher prices. They get money from everything. The staff is very aggressive and not friendly. Also the hotel is not hygienic at all.

No AC remote control is given without extra peymen

We just hated the hotel from the momment we entered, rude faces on reception, not organized team, (they were looking for keyes for 2 hours ) room are sooooo small u can really breath in them and double bed is smaller then single bed, if u want AC u have to pay extra, if u hate and leave no single cent is refunded ( lots of hotels refund even its non-refundable) Soo... better to pay double and have larger room with AC and smile in reception

Çok çok kötü

Otel odaları oldukça pisti, çarşaf, yastık, havlu vs. kirden kullanamadık. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Klima için günlük 10 TL ücret alındı ama inanılmaz gürültülü olduğu için onu da kullanamadık. Personel ise oldukça kaba. Kötü bir deneyimdi, önermiyoruz.

Otelde temizlik sıfır. Tuvalette sifon bile çekili degildi. Çeşmeler kapanmıyor... Havlu 1 tane vardı resepsiyona kendim gidip aldım. Klima kumandası yazmasına rağmen önce vermediler ikna ederek yarım saat sonra aldım. Elektrik sigortasının kablo telleri dısardaydı dış kutusu yoktu.. Dokunsanız elektrik carpacak. Yerler leş... Sabah hemen terk ettik.. Ucuz diye gece 12de almıştık. Tavsiye etmem

Nice Staff and a iendly hotel, where you can be yourself and at the same time,you can go and talk with the staff if you want to speak with some people. Golden Star is really good located ánd is near all the things that you need.
