"Heavy rain caused a leak in the gents onto the floor which the staff seemed to ignore, just putting a yellow wet floor sign outside the toilet door. The floor was very slippy and dangerous. Should have had a mop and bucket there."

"My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!"

"Although a little tired and dated the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is what makes the hotel, friendly and professional. Helpful and welcoming and only too happy to give information with a special mention to Diana in the restaurant. The location was great, with plenty of parking. I would stay here again."

"Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable."

"Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Best room is adequate but as the name suggests, very small. Spa is smaller than it looks in photos."

"A wonderful stay!"

"Late night arrival was very smooth. Extremely modern and cozy stay."

"Love this hotel. Always book this hotel the night before departure from Heathrow. Catch the local U3 bus for free from hotel to Heathrow. Only 2 stop to Heathrow Comfortable room. Nice shower The chase makes it easy for a couple to share luggage space. Tea kettle in room"

"Very pleasant staff and kind. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything outside your room. It was super hot in the room. Restaurant next door was fantastic."

"Sauber. Praktisch an Heathrow Terminal 4 angebunden."
