Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist irreführend. Alles veraltet, von der Einrichtung bis zur Elektrik. Eines der drei Zimmer ist nicht bewohnbar da zu heiß zum dort schlafen weil direkt unter dem nicht isolierten Dach. Ratten laufen über die Terrasse. Elektrik So alt dass unter Umständen Kurzschluss passiert. Klimaanlage, welches mit das Hauptkriterium für unsere Buchung war, ist ein Witz. Steinalt und kühlt die beiden Schlafzimmer nur in einem Radius von 30 cm im Türsturz. Wir haben uns selbst kühlgeräte gekauft um wenigstens schlafen zu können. Bis auf dass wir in einer Schublade geschnittene Nägel fanden ist es wenigstens relativ sauber und der Vermieter brachte uns noch einen zusätzlichen Ventilator und brachte Fliegengitter in den beiden benutzbaren Schlafzimmer n an. Aussicht in die Landschaft ist toll. Ansonsten wirkt um das Grundstück herum alles sehr ungepflegt und man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Das Ganze ist keine 1700 Euro wert!

Behulpzame gastheer. Gezien de weeromstandigheden was het huis wel kil en vochtig. Dringend aan een update toe qua keukengerei en (elektrische) installaties. Rommelig terras. Uitzicht beperkt wegens te hoge haag.

Das Haus ist über eine schmale Bergstraße zu erreichen, aber die Lage ist wunderschön. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht vom Haus und Pool. Es sind ausreichend Einrichtungen vorhanden, obwohl es etwas veraltet ist. Der freundliche Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit. In der Region gibt es viel zu sehen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub in Conca D'Oro.

Die Gegend war wunderschön! Bei der Ankunft wartete bereits Andrea (Sohn des Besitzers) auf uns. Er gab uns eine Tour durch das Haus und gab uns auch nützliche Tipps! Das Haus ist etwas in Bezug auf Möbel altmodisch, aber wir hatten kein Problem damit, es ist auch ein sehr altes Haus und das gibt Atmosphäre! Es ist kein Luxus, aber alles ist da. Die Klimaanlage isst Strom, also benutze es nicht zu viel. Es erstickt von den Moskitos, aber wenn Sie weiterhin gut spritzen, sind die Dinge in Ordnung. Der Pool ist klein und der Weg dorthin braucht Aufmerksamkeit, erwarten Sie nicht zu viel! Berücksichtigen Sie die Tatsache, dass Sie 20 Minuten auf und von den Bergen nach Montecatini Terme kommen, eine ziemlich harte Straße vor allem die letzte Strecke!

Eine ganze Tour um das Haus zu finden, sehr warm und feucht im Haus, die mangelhaft funktionierende Klimaanlage zieht den Geldbeutel leer, da Strom nachher bezahlt werden muss, der Pool liegt etwas unterhalb des Hauses und ist eigentlich eher für Kinder geeignet. Alles im Haus ist alt und alt. Positiv Punkt, die Lage des Hauses, in Bezug auf die Aussicht, aber Sie haben 20 Minuten durch enge Bergstraßen, bevor Sie in einer Stadt enden.

Altes Haus, buchstäblich am Ende einer Sackgasse, schöner Aussicht. Schlafzimmer, aber für 7 Personen auf der straffen Seite leben. Unzureichende sanitäre Einrichtungen.
