"Beautiful hotel overlooking the water. Incredible staff (Babu was extremely helpful and friendly, the others also). Rooms very comfortable and lovely. Parking not so convenient but there is an option."

"Great staff"

"When we checked in we made sure to book a shuttle for our early flight with the nice young man who checked us in (the main reason we chose this hotel). Also we were told we could buy a coffee at that time. When we arrived in the lobby at 4:45am, the young man on the desk said we were not booked on the shuttle and we could not have coffee. We were panicking we would miss our flight. I politely told him we 100% booked a shuttle and said it was very important we got on it. He wasn’t happy and made no attempt to communicate with us about solving the problem. The girl driving the shuttle bus said for us to load on it. Miscommunication between evening and morning staff and morning man made no attempt to be helpful or kind or problem solve with us. He acted like we were the problem and just didn’t book it. "

"We stayed in a triple room, which was 2 rooms with a small hallway in between, a lovely layout. Lots of natural light, huge bathroom, overall a pleasant surprise. Yes, the beds/mattresses were basic, the decor a little dated but fully functional. Water pressure is excellent. The floors were amazing with natural hardwood, the real thing. It was once elegantly decorated and not cheap. Now it's still okay. Skip the food at the hotel, it's not worth the money. If you absolutely have to eat breakfast, opt for a "coffee with toast" version. We went to the beach (a few steps literally) and had an amazing coffee with pincho, cheaper than the breakfast at the hotel. Overall - great value for money. The wifi works better on the main floor."

"Wonderful hotel, and perfect location in Durango."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an absolute wonderful stay. The hotel is in the perfect location to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful with questions and accommodating any requests. Our stay included breakfast and that was also really nice. I would love to come back here one day. My only suggestion for any person wanting to stay here is to rent a car if you’re not local so you can take advantage of the nearby views."

"Check in was very slow. After a long drive you don't want to be editing around. Then when I got yo the room the door key hadn't been programmed properly so the floor wouldn't open. Back to reception to get it sorted"
