"Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility. "

"We had a lot of problems starting with the bad smell of the 6th floor, the water of the shower seep through the walls and all the entrances of the room was wet, the shower make a lot of noise like a machine I ask the staff to move me to another room and they excuse was no rooms available, but the thing is the reception is closed at night Very bad experience and this is NOT A HILTON, it looks like a cheap hotel"

"Gym needs more attention"

"Me and my husband visited in may and we found the hotel great. In an ideal location as close to ipanema side and slightly away from The main cocopabana strip. Also walking distance to lots of food and bars. Also has a lovely rooftop which we enjoyed for relaxing drinks with views of copabana beach."

"Hotel was great , best breakfast so far and close to beach. The ocean is intense so be careful . The front desk staff was a bit off in the beginning but then one of them made it up. I did have to uber to activities and this hotel feels like it’s on its own side of Rio. Hotel was great, keep in mind is one towel for the pool per day that was the only 👎. I went to the beach then had a sandy towel and rinsed off and wanted the a new towel for the pool and I was denied a new towel . With a hotel that fancy I don’t see how they monitor that. Great place , room service was excellent. Overall the stay was great we were able to get an upgrade with ocean view."

"Nice reception, ok room, good location for trip pick up and walking to the beach. We didn’t use the amenities on the rooftop."

"Very clean hotel overall. Nice bed and shower. The breakfast is delicious and the service is great truly! The view is lovely There is one remark, they don’t have blackout curtains, the light of the Copacabana shine trough the curtains which was a bit annoying in the mornings. "
