The property was nice and clean, amenities were plentiful. However, the lack of response from mgnt when asking about a problem checking in and throughout was an issue for not only myself but another guest.

I spotted MOTEL while on a previous stay in Marfa. In the past, I’ve chosen the same hotel. Now, it will be difficult for anyplace to compare to the MOTEL. It surpassed my expectations. Really fun stylish rooms and great location. Two things to note: we stayed in Room 5 with a lofted bedroom. Pictures featured a glass garage door open to give the room an indoor/outdoor feel. Upon arrival we were told that door had to stay closed and locked due to dust. Also the stairs leading to the bedroom are steep, metal stairs and felt a little treacherous in the middle of the night. Just something to be aware of. Other than that we loved it and would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful room, easy access and great communication even after arriving late at night. Walkable to anywhere you want to go in Marfa! Dry sauna and outdoor bathtub available. Great place to stay.
