"I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay at that hotel.
First of all, the hotel doorman, a young man, displayed a very poor attitude and was not friendly at all, which created a negative first impression.
Additionally, the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible dust that had fallen from the ceiling onto the beds, which is unacceptable.
