Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

No room left but took our money

When we arrived the hotel clerk informed us that theres no room free. Even though we booked it and paid it via hotels.com. He said he "forgot" to turn off the website. We had to go to another hotel and pay there again. He informed us that he already wrote to hotels.com about this and we will get our money back. Now he doesn’t pick up the phone and hotels.com doesn't react. It looks like fraught. I do not recommend to book a room here.
