The hotel rooom amazing and so clean , My room wıth ottoman desıgn and with mesopotamian wiew , Very kındly person , All person help us our luggage . Contınental brekfeast ıs so tradıtıonal , the alacarte restaurant included good servıce ,we have very funny tıme , all place near shop place and grnd bazaar. Hotel bathroom is very clean. Irecommend thıs hotel . ıts as lıke honeymoon hotel , ıts as lıke famıly hotel . Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel in Mardin

My friend and I visited Mardin during a snowstorm. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. In short they were very accommodating and hospitable….. They were extremely helpful with parking and retrieving our car during deep snow conditions. The room was very comfortable and I loved the restroom with big shower. The views from the room was amazing. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully… but truly the gem of the hotel is the GM. We shall be returning again and again.

Berbat ötesi

5 arkadaş ayrı ayrı 5 büyük oda rezervasyonu yaptık. Giriş yaptığımızda yoğunluk nedeniyle parasını ödediğimiz odaların müsait olmadığı söylendi. Bize 6 metrekare büyüklüğünde berbat durumda olan oda verildi. Odada köpek bağlasan durmaz. Duş kolu kırık ve havada asılı duruyor. Duş yapmak mümkün değil. 4 gecelik sürede oda bir kez temizlendi. Sakın burayı tercih etmeyin, görevliler olabildiğince ilgisiz.

Odalar temiz değildi, arkadaşların odasında pis bir koku vardı ve kapı anahtarı yoktu, küvet kırıktı. Çalışanlar bu işi yapmaya ehil görüntü vermiyordu. Satış müdürü sonradan yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Ancak tatile düşük moral ile başlamak kötü oldu.

Mutlu ayrıldım.

Eski Mardin içerisinde. Gezi için gelen kafilelere uygun bir yer. Çalışanlar gayet pozitif. Otele erken geldim, odam hazırlanırken terasta, mezopotamya manzarasında kahve ikramları ile hoş sohbet ettik. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Ailemle gittiğimiz Mardin gezisinde kaldık. Otelin hizmeti temizliği gayet memnun ediciydi. Tek eleştirebileceğimiz kısım kahvaltısıydı. pandemi dolayısıyla kahvaltı tek tabak halinde hazırlanmış streç ile sarılmış güzel fakat içeriği pek tatmin edici değildi

Beğenmedik.

Malesef daha giriste aksilikler basladi. Cift kisilik odalar satın aldigimiz halde tek yatakli odaya bizi yerlestirmek istediler. Itiraz ettik. Sonra yatak meselesi cozuldu resepsiyon da ki hanimefendi sayesinde. Tek sorun bu olsa puan kırmayacaktım fakat odada ki klima calismiyordu. Yardim istedik halledilemedi. Otel tam carsida oldugundan sanirim gurultuden de uyuyamadik. Kahvalti icin yorum yapamayacagim. Personel bir seyler yapma cabasi gosterdi elbette fakat memnun ayrilmamiz icin yeterli konforda degildi otel.
