The room was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent , walkability a big asset.

A highly disappointing stay. The room was cramped with very thin walls, so lots of noise. Shower went cold but the worst was that after having to wait outside in the rain for the front door to be opened (they just locked up and went away), on phoning the owner, instead of being apologetic, she was extremely rude. Just don't go there. Plenty of much better places all around.

Otelin konumu bulmak gerçekten çok zordu. Hotels.com sitesinde ücretsiz otopark yazmasına rağmen otele giriş yapmadan böyle bir imkanın olmadığını öğrendik. Yol boyu şansınız var ise park yeri bulursunuz ama bu ihtimal çok düşük. Otele en yakın olan Merlit otoparka aracımızı bırakıp günlük 200 TL bir ücret ödedik. Odaların büyüklük açısından güzeldi. Ancak banyo pek bakımlı değildi. Banyoda alıştığımız tek kullanımlık sabunlar yoktu.Alt kattaki odada konakladık. İlk gün Wi-fi çalışmıyordu. Ancak ne Turkcell ne de Vodafone alttaki odada çekiyordu. Otelin teras katı küçük ve bakımsızdı. Toplamda 2 masa vardı. Konaklamamıza kahvaltı dahildi. Maalesef kahvaltı vasatın altındaydı. Kahvaltı olmasa da olurmuş. Otelde olumlu olan sadece çalışanın pozitif yaklaşımıydı. Çıkış günü kahvaltı yapmayacağımız için akşamdan poğaça ya da açma alayım mı size diye sordu. Onun dışında da bizimle çok ilgilendi. Verdiğim 3 puanı da sadece çalışanının güler yüzüne veriyorum.

Tarihi bir taş evde kalmak güzel bir deneyimdi. Temiz ve şık bir odada kaldik. Teras katında güzel bir manzaraya karşı kahvalti yapmak güzeldi. Ulaşım konusu eski mardin kısmında sıkıntılı, araçlar geldiğinizde otopark sorunu ile karsi karsiya kalabilirsiniz.

Otel çalışanı iki arkadaş çok ilgili ve kibardı ne istersek temin ettiler sağolsunlar. Temizlik olarak bizi tatmin etti rahat uyuduk merkezi konumda zaten sabah çıkıp akşam geliyorduk zaten maliyet olarak çok ideal tavsiye ederim

Konumu bulmak sıkıntı

Konum olarak bulması oldukça zordu google haritalardan bulamadık. Araç park yeri sıkıntısı çektik. Ne yazık ki tabelası da yoktu (yeni açıldıklarını henüz bu yüzden takamadıklarını söylediler) oda çok küçüktü malesef sıcak su sıkıntısı çektik soğuk suda duş almak zorunda kaldık. Bunların dışında yatak rahattı oda temizdi. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi. Ama tavsiyem 300-500 daha fazla verip daha uygun yerde konaklamanız.

Kesinlikle tavsiye!

Yeni restore edilmiş, tarihi bir taş binada çok tatlı bir butik Otel. Akşam keyif yapmak için de çok güzel bir terası var. Ailemle birlikte bir gece konakladık ve çok memnun ayrıldık. Çalışanlar gerçekten güleryüzlü ve dost canlısı. Ayrıca çok geç saatte vardık ve yolları biraz karıştırdık; gelip karşıladılar ve çok yardımcı oldular. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otele geldiğimizde en alttaki odada çift kişilik odada kaldık. İçerdeki vantilatör sorunsuz çalışıyordu lâkin odada sebebini anlayamadığımız belirli aralıklara tekrarlayan pompa patlama sesi geliyordu ve bir süre sonra bu sesler dayanılmaz olmaya başladı. Duş sistemi ayarlanmıyordu ya çok sıcak ya da çok soğuk olup ortası bulunmuyordu. Odada ayrıca el sabunu yoktu.
