I didnt like that in the mist of this pandemic in an effort to stay hygienic i noticed the beach chairs were not sanitized. Also coolers were not allowed on the beach. The hotel provided buckets for ice but again were not sanitized.

We stayed in his hotel in June and It was Excellent. We came back for a second stay qnd although the hotel overall is excellent, this time we were given an older room. It was a bit worn out. The door handle in the bathroom kept falling off. The dresser drawer kept getting jammed and the AC stopped working. The staff was unable to fix the issue so we had to move rooms late at night, which was a big inconvenience. The new room Had a nicer bathroom but odd bedroom layout and furnishings were stained - not something anyone wants to see in the Covid era.

Just not a great place for kids. Too small of a pool, not many dining options. Our view from the balcony was of the pool. Had to walk a long way to the beach through a parking garage. Overall just kind of a boring atmosphere.

This is our 2nd year here and we loved it just as much if not more than our last time. The staff are very friendly, the maid service is one of the best, and the beach attendants and wait staff are amazing. And all the rooms are suites with a kitchen. We can’t wait to come back!

There were roaches in our bathroom. Crawling on the walls, in the shower and on the sink. We had to shake out the towels before we used them. Left the light on to tr to keep them at bay. Roaches were also crawling on the kitchenette counter. Of course we alerted management and they sent a very nice gentleman with a can of household bug spray as if roaches choose only one location. Spray had no effect!

Do it all over again for sure!!

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed at, the employees went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The distance to the beach here is much closer than most of the resorts on the beach so was easily accessible. Spa was great! Food was excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Also easy to walk to local restaurants and shopping. The only thing we didn’t like very much was that there were parts of the hotel that felt a little old or dated. It was clear the facility could use some updates (worn out carpet in some areas, elevator was old and noisy, doors that were worn or dinged up, etc. None of that was a problem really, but it was something we noticed. The only actual problem we found was that the AC in our room smelled musty. On closer inspection we noticed the air filter for our rooms AC was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a very long time. We just turned off the AC and kept our balcony door open as it was very nice out. Leaving on a positive note though, the beach, pool area, and multiple bars were fabulous, and the staff was THE BEST. We’d certainly consider staying again, but I do hope they make some facility updates.

I was not very pleased when I walked outside with a cooler to the beach I have small kids special needs and immediately the attendants at the beach told me I couldn’t bring a cooler I explained to him I had two small kids that needed snacks and milk and that was unacceptable to understand about not taking coolers I felt extremely unpleasant bad taste in my mouth and I even had to complaint to the manager at front desk and it was all so strict I didn’t feel comfortable

Pleasant with room for improvement

The location is great but the carpet in the hallways needs a bit of refreshing as it has an odor, at least on the 8th floor. Room service can be enhanced and personnel trained better because she didn't bring salt/pepper, ketchup, and hot sauce that were initially requested as part of the dinner order.
