"Seriously everything was great - from the welcome we received, how clean and well presented the whole hotel looks we could have been staying there the first week it ever opened. We would stay again in a heart beat and will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Napier. If I could score the hotel 6 stars I would - if I could have the same shower and pressure at home I’d love that too !!"
