Muy lindo hotel

Es muy lindo hotel, la habitación que me toco era bastante pequeña x lo. Cual resultaba un poco incomodo. Las fotos que hay en la página son bastante diferentes de la realidad, no es que sea feo hotel mi sucio, al contrario pero da una imagen que engañan bastante al menos en cuanto a la habitación que me asignaron.

Comodas camas y buen desayuno

La calefaccion es excesiva y las habitaciones son pequeñas pero el hotel esta muy bien ubicado y el desayuno es muy bueno, no abundante, pero de buena calidad. El personal de admision muy amable.

no es lo que parece

Me parece que por el precio y las imagenes que muestran en internet hay una gran diferencia. Es un hotel muy antiguo que le modernizaron solamente la entrada, de hecho tiene ascensores que no estarian permitidos. Estando en la habitacion la mucama entro sin golpear, me asuste bastante.El jabon que utilizan tiene un olor muy feo y pedi crema enjuague y me dijo que no tenian en estock.

Hay que modernizarse

Cuando llegamos, desde afuera se veía muy bien el hotel. La recepción y hall para comer son modernos y acogedores. Pero no nos gustó el cuarto. MUY chiquito, no nos podíamos desplazar. No entraban las valijas en ningún lugar. Poco cómodo la verdad, pero limpio. El baño también nos decepcionó. Parecía un baño de los 80' hecho con materiales de mala calidad. Trapo y secador.(?) Lo bueno: el desayuno muy completo y el personal, muy simpáticos y atentos

Hotel con una excelente relación costo-beneficio.

Es la primera vez que vamos a este Hotel ( ya conocemos varios en la zona ) , y nos pareció que en relación a otros y por lo que sale, los servicios brindados son muy buenos . El desayuno bastante completo, el sommmier ( hab. superior ) excelente; la presion del agua para disfrutar de un buen baño La habitación un poco chica en relación a otros hoteles de igual categoría o superiores, pero con el suficiente espacio para estar cómodos.. Descansamos muy bien, no hay ruidos molestos, y el personal todo muy amable y respetuoso.

We booked an apartment with two rooms on hotel.com, and when we arrived they gave us two tiny rooms, and when we told the guy in reception that, he tried to blame hotel.com, He could no English but my daughter speaks Spanish and tried to help, but when we protested he just started to speak Spanish faster, and no manager was available. When we got into the rooms where both safes out of order, they told us to use key instead of code...., in one room that was to small to handle the baggage where also the window blind out of order, it was impossible to look out, and after some pressure a mounting guy arrived and looked at the problem and said he will fixe it tomorrow..... Then we where really pissed of. The day after we discussed the problem with a new guy in reception who gave us an apartment, and after some pressure they gave us an dinner for the family at an local restaurant. The first person we met should not work in an reception.

I could never stay here again

This hotel is at best a 1 star. It was gross, dirty, old and stinky. The service was great though and everyone really nice and friendly. The rooms and bathroom are small and disgusting. I only stayed one night and couldn't even get myself to use the shower.

I would NEVER book again

The bathroom was gross. So nasty I opted to not shower. There were fleas on the bed that someone possibly brought back from the beach. In the middle of the night I requested to be switched to another room. Service was nice and friendly and they switched me. The other room was just as gross. This hotel is at best 1 star. Breakfast was good and again service really friendly and nice. However, I would never book this hotel again

Real clean and the staff was real friendly.

The hotel is a family ran business. The staff was very friendly and they even gave you some shower slippers. The room is a bit small but comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, lo que observé es que tiene poco manteniemiento, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel muy viejo; la atención no fue buena en el sentido que tuvimos que solicitar el aseo de la habitación, es decir si no lo solicitamos, seguramente no lo habrían realizado; se les olvida poner toallas y jabones, la misma situación, si no lo solicitamos no lo ejecutan; para un hotel estos detalles son graves, pero mas graves aún, para el huesped.

Todo esta bién, auque los espacios son reducidos, pero bien, el desayuno muy rico aunque falta algo salado, pero pedimos y nos dieron jamón con queso, así que no hay queja alguna. Su panadería es muy rica.
