The place exceeded all expectations. It is in a very quiet location with a private clean hot tub and sitting areas near the river on their property. We were blessed to see a barred owl while sitting by the riverside. If you want a very romantic restful place, this suite will exceed your hopes and the host is very helpful and noninvasive. Highly recommend!!

Even better than expected! Such a serene and calm escape. My husband and I feel completely recharged after our weekend here. Hard to believe it’s less than an hour from home, yet I felt more relaxed than at any fancy spa. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a great property with attentive on-site hosts. There were several riverside sitting areas where we were able to enjoy morning coffees and the location was right by several provincial parks, but close enough to be a short drive to grocery stores/the town center and about a 45 min drive to Vancouver. Would 100% stay there again.

Great little getaway.

We had a great time at the property. Super quiet, hot tub was awesome, and having a fire by the river was idyllic. My wife and I had a great little romantic getaway. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for three nights for our "minimoon" and it was the perfect combo of romantic getaway and space to deflate after our wedding! Our hosts were very sweet, had excellent communication, and generously invited us to check in early and check out late. The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We loved having private access to the hot tub, morning coffees on the deck in the treetops, and chilling on the river with the provided inner tubes. We didn't end up using the fire pit or bbq but was nice to have the option. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

After Tax retreat

Fantastic spot!

The space was secluded and cozy. The hot tub was clean and warm, amenities were accurate to the listing, and the location was fantastic. We had a great time at Golden Ears nearby and enjoyed excellent food in Maple Ridge proper just 15 minutes away. If you stay here, we’d recommend Sabina’s deli for sandwiches and Gratia for breakfast/coffee.

Amazing Retreat

What a gorgeous spot! It's a private getaway with all the amenities a glamper would want. The room was very private and had a hot tub for the suite alone. The property reminded me of an oasis. The owners are sincere and honest. Our family loves the outdoors and privacy, so we will definitely recommend it.

Booked this spot last minute for a one night solo spa time! It was easy to find and the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Very beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. The room was clean and has everything you need, including a kitchenette, library of dvds and board games. Spent most of my time in the hot tub but also dipped in the river nearby. The river wasn’t too cold and the ground is very soft sand. Lots of shady trees and sitting areas throughout the property. I will definitely be back! Thank you :)

Sound of water

Quaint spot. A quiet oasis from the bustle of the city. We did day trips from this location. After a hike relaxed in the hot tub. No loud vehicle only the sound of the water in the river in the back yard.

Beyond Amazing

We can't say enough good about this place. Greg & Shelly were excellent hosts and we can't wait to stay again. Their location is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth and the professionalism of everything was top notch.

Amazing time

We had a great time. The 2 person jacuzzi was very relaxing, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the place was clean. During the day or in the morning the path they made takes you to the river. It's a great view, very relaxing. Definitely worth the stay.

Cozy and romantic

The moment we pulled up we knew it would be such an amazing stay, from the beautiful branches grown over the stairway to the suite itself everything felt like the getaway you dream about. Large beautiful stone shower, a 2 person hottub right outside the sliding door so no need to stay cold while you make it inside and then patios galore all over the property so you can bbq or just go hang out by the river to take a cool dip of you go in the summer, either way summer or winter seems like an amazing stay

Fantastic Retreat

This idyllic location was amazing! The hosts were friendly and very helpful, and the property is slice of heaven. I was able to stay unplugged from work the entire time, although the great quality WiFi made it so we had access if need be. The bed was cozy and the hot tub was a fantastic way to wind down from our daily adventures.
