There is no inside hotel parking, you have to park your car in the street. One area of the hotel i stay was still under construction. Making noise on Saturday morning.

I loved the soft sheets and the big pillows in my second room. I had issues with the first room and the staff took action right away and moved me to a different room. It was nice to hear the ocean during the night. The showers are very generous in size and clean and have hot water. All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be there again.

The room was not the best, the shower water come all the way out the shower. The rooms were small. The rooms were not beach front as we were lead to believe. You have to walk less than a block to the hotel pool and beach access. The hotel does have plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel Star malo

Sin energía eléctrica por más de 6 horas el lunes 29 de julio. A los otros dos días la misma situación. La recepcionista se negó al reembolso, reubicación o compensación. Nada cómoda la habitación, colchones y almohadas plastificadas. El A/C no funcionaba al 100%. Ventilador ruidoso. Agua del baño salada (no tratada). Señal del internet débil e insuficiente. Canales de t.v. inexistentes. La camarista impertinente llamando a las 9 am para limpiar y hablando por radio enfrente de la habitación para molestar al cliente y apurarle a salir del cuarto.

En general esta todo bien, el personal siempre muy atento, todo muy limpio, el desayuno rico. Solo nos toco remodelación y había ruido en la piscina, esta centrico y te puedes mover a todos lados.

Publicidad engañosa, las habitaciones están muy reducidas; las fotos y video de la publicidad del hotel y página oficial, indican que cuenta con alberca y a pie de playa, lo cual no es correcto, está a una cuadra de la playa y no tiene alberca !!
