Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disappointing

Hotel staff claimed they did not have our booking or payment (of course the booking was fully paid). After few minutes they found it and said that they did not recieved any notification and they are fully booked on that day. It was late at night, we had to find another hotel in the area ourselves. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not help us with anything. All they said was they were sorry. We are very disappointed.
