"The views from the balcony are stunning. The ocean is right there to contemplate and, not too far. Just a few steps down, you have a beautifull swimming pool aera with lounge chairs and palapas. The balcony itself is worth the rental, dining aera, sitting aera and lounge chairs, plus A BBQ. Everything you need to enjoy a beautiful dinner outside. The inside is confortable with all amenities. Nothing is missing. We just loved the location being close to gilbraltar, Casares, Ronda and all other magnificient villages along the coast right up to Malaga. Supermarkets are close by. You want restaurants, jsut in la Duquesa port, five minutes away, probably more than 15 of them. All good and within a marina surrounding witch is lovely. I will stop here as we just had a fantastic time in Manilva. But to finish, Mandi the host, as been always there for us, prompt response and willing to help and make our stay pleasant. Thank you Mandi. You have been so nice."

"I stayed in this flat for just under three months in the winter of 2026. It’s a great flat, with a smart TV showing all German channels via Apple AirPlay and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea from the glass-fronted balcony. This meant I was often able to use the balcony for dinner. One minor drawback is the climb to the flat, which is just under 1 km long with a gradient of up to 11% – it’s not possible to cycle up it on a standard bike. I had to push it up."

"Nice area a bit run down but it was off season slightly and you could see people tidying up there properties, the hotel was in need of a make over but the staff are helpful it didn’t bother me as I was sight seeing WiFi was hopeless aircon was poor, underground parking was useful "

"We spent a great week at Raymond’s villa and had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and the children loved playing football and basketball while we relaxed. We had some adult children too and so the annex worked perfectly for them. The Lidl down the road is really good and well stocked and the villa has everything you’d need. We spent lots of time in the pool which is heated by solar panels that take the edge off in April!"

"It was clean and a good size. Walter was helpful and friendly. The pool kept being closed without warning. It's a shame we had no WiFi/TV for our stay."

"This is a wonderful holiday home with the most beautiful sea view, attentive hosts and all the amenities you could wish for to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing break. Michel and Henri are really welcoming hosts and communications were excellent wherever needed throughout our stay. Inside the comfortable living space are comfortable beds and clean rooms and en suite bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, huge fridge and high quality kitchenware. There are all the appliances you could need and everything worked perfectly. Outside you couldn't ask for more, a large clean pool with optional heating, and a lovely hot tub where you can spoil yourself looking directly out over the ocean and all the coast. There are House Martins, hawks, seabirds to watch while you relax outside and many ways to make yourself comfortable lounging on the spacious patio. We had a wonderful holiday here and I would recommend this to anyone, we were sad to leave such a beautiful location to come back to UK February weather! "Arrived very late - found it difficult to find entrance in the dark but once I did Receptionist let me in and was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet due to time of year. Staff friendly. Pools looked great but didn't get to have a swim as only available from 10am and I was up and out early. Poolside bar and restaurant available at set times- didn't use this. Parking on site was 5 euros a night but safe to park outside on road so did that. Apartment very private with own patio and garden area to relax in. Quite spooky returning late at night as so quiet and no lights in apartment block. Free Wifi. Link to messaging service with Reception but none of my enquiries were ever answered so easier to just walk to reception and ask! Easy access to main road and short drive to nearest beach - beach in Manilva itself ( Dequesa) was excellent and nice and quiet too. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again. "
