Adequate accomodation. Good value. Stayed 6 days. Staff were very helpful. We extended our stay because of convenient location. One issue - Our phone fell under bed and we discovered a very large amount of dust underneath the bed. Travelers with dust allergies may be affected.

Sorry to say, that the unit where i stayed was not freshly cleaned up, particularly bedding; Bed sheet, Pillow cases were not freshly replaced, smells bad and the improvised table is damaged.

The wash room is uncomfortably small, toilet doest have bidet or dipper to wash yourself. The mirror is too high for 5ft tall girls. House keeping is not available during the night. Expensive parking 200 pesos per day

I've got the worst customer service from Efren and Rey. I checked in before 12 and they let me wait for almost one hour. I was tired and just want to sleep but since the confirmation is not coming through they asked me to wait for hours. Worst worst worst.

The room was comfortable I only have a couple of suggestions I think it would be a good thing to have a small refrigerator for keeping drinks cold and to providence de cups But all in all I did enjoy my stay and the staff were friendly 😊

i was deceived by the name "BGC" indicated in your property as i was expecting that location is w/in the Fort or BGC. My affair was at Shangrila - The Fort reason why i choose to book at your property.... The actual Location of property is very poor and was already outside BGC? Getting a cab took me 2 hours. Your front desk though after several argument went out of her way to help me find a cab but i had to walk in a gown to the corner of your property to get a cab! you should have a standby ride for your customers in a hurry.,
