Place was clean and i over the gym and pool area. My only issue was the Tv didnā€™t work and on the second night I was told a technician would come fix it and nobody came back. Three nights no TV at all. Made a request for some kind of accommodation for this and staff seem to ignore it and skip to check process. Iā€™ll contact the management and see if it remains the same. If it changes Iā€™ll update here.

Immediately walking in the main lobby you are met with stinky foul smell, trenchā€¦.and follows you into the elevator and into your floor. The carpet in elevator is so bad and felty and the carpet to my room was awful. I mentioned it to the staff many times and never mind about the smell. I donā€™t recommend staying in the lobby but people still think itā€™s okay. The room was okay and no problems.

The room was great but needs a lot of improvement in soundproofing. They are very well aware of their location beside the highway and should have better soundproofing. There was also a loud banging where we call the front desk multiple times but the problem wasnt addressed. I wasnt sure if there was construction ongoing on the floor above us or if it was the weights being dropped from the floor beneath us. Either way very disturbing. A lot of maintenance needed for doors, ceilings and hallway, glass windows, etc. Food was okay, could be better. Staff were very friendly.
